The San Jose Boat Club came about due to a great love of sailing and wooden sailing boats. I wish to share the wonderful world of sailing and boat handling with an emphasis on the unique beauty of the wooden boats.
A wooden boat by its presence on a lake adds beauty, in the same way a swan adds beauty, people instinctively recognise the natural beauty and elegance of a wooden sailing boat. The San Jose Boat Club gives people a chance to become a member of our club and enjoy and appreciate wooden boats in a very unique way.
